
By far, Youtube has been my go-to place whenever I feel I’m out of it, Like I need a RESTART, something to recharge me. so i will share my top favorite go-to channels on youtube. (●’◡’●)
1. Simonesquared // simonesimmo
My all time faveeee. I have been a subscriber since 2019 or sth i can’t even recall, My personality has changed so much, shit happenned here and there, but she was always there slaying and giving me a confidence boost whenever i needed it. she is like your internet bestie fr. she has two channels, simonesquared is her main, plus simonesimmo which is more into manifesting/spirituality and all that.
2. MadFit
sometimes your body just needs s shake! MadFit is my go-to channel for any quick exercise or a yoga session. I especially love how calm, chill, and empowering her videos are. ❤️ They dont stress me out or make me suffer in so much pain like most popular channels out there hehe.
3. Allrecipes
As the heading says it has all recipes on there fr. You know that cooking helps you distract your brain from bad insisting thoughts? it helps both mentally and physically, and you get to eat YUMMY food ( p.s its yummy coz YOU made it ).
4. Cozy Music
Music is another way you can stimulate your brain to calm down and distract it from zoning out / focusing on bad thoughts, this playlist below is my personal fave, this channel does not really make playlists so i will just link some other channels for soft music here. ❤️
